Return & Refund Policy

At Cloven Hoof Creations, customer satisfaction is extremely important to us.

Because many of our products are custom-made or produced to order, we are unable to accept returns for reasons such as ordering the wrong item, selecting the wrong color, changing your mind, or no longer wanting the product.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs showing the damage or incorrect item

If the error was ours or the item was damaged during production, we will gladly repair, replace, or refund the item at our discretion.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

• Custom color orders
• Personalized products
• Custom text or engraved products
• Items showing signs of use or misuse
• Products damaged due to improper installation or handling
