Production Time

Most of our products are made to order.

Our typical production time is 3–5 business days. During holidays, sales, or periods of high order volume, production may take longer. If your order is expected to experience a significant delay, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Shipping

Once production is complete, your order will be carefully packaged and shipped through USPS.

Please note that shipping estimates provided during checkout do not include production time.

Delivery times are determined by USPS and may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, holidays, or other carrier-related delays.

Shipping Responsibility

Once your order has been accepted by USPS, responsibility for delivery transfers to the shipping carrier.

While we are always happy to assist customers with tracking information or filing a missing package claim, Cloven Hoof Creations is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, damaged packages caused during transit, or delivery issues once the package has been accepted by USPS.

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly before placing your order. We cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided during checkout.
