Minor cosmetic variations such as layer lines, slight color variations, and small surface imperfections are a normal part of the manufacturing process and are not considered defects.

Production Time

Most products are made to order.

Typical production time is 3–5 business days, although production times may increase during holidays, promotional events, or periods of high order volume.

Production time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping

Orders are shipped primarily through USPS unless otherwise stated.

Once an order has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery times and shipping performance are outside our control. Cloven Hoof Creations is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, weather-related delays, carrier service interruptions, or packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
